Test equipment: CYJY12-4.8-73HB beam pumping unit multi-stage frequency conversion operation, stroke 2.86 times/min, daily liquid production of 12.60t, liquid production unit consumption of 17.4019Kwh/t.
The daily increase in liquid volume of the same stroke: 12.60-11.45=1.15t
The water cut of this well is 94%, and the annual crude oil production is: 1.15×365× (1-94%)=25.19t
The price of crude oil is calculated according to 3,650 yuan/ton, and the annual benefits are 251,900×36.50 ≈91,900 yuan
The unit consumption of liquid production decreased: 18.8877-17.4019=1.4858 Kwh/t
According to the calculation of the daily liquid production of 12.6t, the annual power saving: 12.6×365×1.4858=6833Kwh
According to the electricity cost of 0.91 yuan/kwh, the annual electricity cost saving: 0.91×6833≈06200 yuan
