(1) The test situation of the equipment in the Huanxiling Oil Production Plant 17 Station Huan-12-2015 Well (Comparison of Frequency Conversion and Power Frequency):

Tested and verified by the Oilfield Energy Conservation Monitoring Center of PetroChina (Report No.: D2022-016), the data are as follows:

Original state data: CYJY12-4.8-73HB beam pumping unit power frequency operation, stroke 2.15 times/min, daily liquid production of 8.8t, liquid production unit consumption of 16.1700Kwh/t.

Test equipment: CYJY12-4.8-73HB beam pumping unit multi-stage frequency conversion operation, stroke 1.93 times/min, daily liquid production of 9.79t, liquid production unit consumption of 12.6153Kwh/t.

The water cut of this well is 98%, and after using the pumping unit multi-stage frequency conversion control system,

The daily over-output liquid volume is: 9.79-8.8=0.99t

Annual over-output liquid volume: 9.99×365=361.35t

More crude oil per year: 361.35× (1-98%) = 7.227t

The price of crude oil is calculated according to 3650 yuan/ton, and the benefits are created in more than one year: 7227×3650 = 26,400 yuan

The unit consumption of liquid production decreased: 16.17-12.6153=3.5547 Kwh/t

According to the daily liquid production of 9.79t, the annual power saving: 9.79×365×3.5547=12702 kWh

According to the electricity cost of 0.91 yuan/kwh, the annual electricity cost saving: 0.91× 12702≈11600 yuan

The expected total annual benefit is about: 2.64 + 1.16 = 38,000 yuan
